Description
Ciguhu Agro Farmhouse offers a flexible payment plan for 5 Kanal farmhouses. For NPF members, the total price is PKR 9,000,000, with an initial 25% downpayment of PKR 2,250,000. The first installment of PKR 1,350,000 is due within two months, followed by six quarterly payments of PKR 900,000. At registration of the sale deed, a final payment of PKR 500,000 is required.
For non-NPF members, the price is PKR 12,500,000 with a 25% downpayment of PKR 3,125,000. The first installment is PKR 1,875,000 after two months, with six quarterly installments of PKR 1,250,000, followed by PKR 500,000 at sale deed registration.

Term & Conditions
- All installments must be paid by the allottees as per the payment schedule agreed upon by the allotted between the 1st to 10th of each month and the allotted shall abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the booking application form.
- The allocation of the units shall remain provisional until the company receives full and final payments.
- Documentation charges, and connection charges of gas, water, and electricity will be charged separately as and when demanded by the company as these charges are not included in the above-mentioned cost
